The highlights of Harley-Davidson’s sport bikes start with the performance. Designed to be quick, fast, and powerful, these motorcycles combine sharp handling with reduced weights while the engine’s torque curve is broader allowing the rider to access more power for longer periods of time with the liquid-cooled Revolution® Max engines.
The Nightster™ and Sportster S also offer modern and bold styling while retaining some of the classic Harley-Davidson curves and features. Honoring the iconic Sportster lineage, each model creates its own presence for a new era of style, stance, and mood that appeals to a range of riders.
The Nightster™ and Sportster® S have reduced weights as sport bikes, but that doesn’t mean either motorcycle is lacking in advanced features. Available features include Selectable Ride Modes, Rider Safety Enhancements, 6-speed transmission, advanced LED lighting, and much more.

For the Nightster™, it’s a bike rooted in a legacy of authenticity and strength that’s synonymous with Harley-Davidson. Honoring its place in the history books, the Nightster™ is an instrument of expression that provides the rider with power, styling, and nimble handling. The Nightster™ is equipped with a 19-inch front wheel and a 16-inch rear wheel to deliver a stance that’s just as impressive as its performance. The liquid cooled Revolution® Max 975T engine generates 90 horsepower and 70 ft-lbs of torque at 5,000 rpm with an estimated fuel economy of 52.4 mpg. Riders can also select three drive modes including Road, Rain, and Sport. Color options include Redline Red, Gunship Gray, and Vivid Black.
The Sportster® S breaks the mold of Harley-Davidson sport bikes. Hailing from a legacy that began in 1957 that outperformed its competition, the Sportster® S has been revitalized to exceed the benchmarks of today. Propelled by the all-new Revolution® Max 1250T engine, the liquid-cooled powertrain with double overhead camshafts and variable valve timing creates plenty of torque and an immediate powerband for maximum rider control. The Sportster® S generates 121 horsepower and 94 ft-lbs of torque at 6,000 rpm while managing 49 mpg.
The high mount exhaust is crafted from corrosion-resistant 304-series stainless steel designed to deflect heat away from the rider’s legs and tail section while providing a powerful look that signals maximum performance. Like the Nightster™, the Sportster® S offers the rider three ride modes, with the addition of a custom rider mode where the rider can tune their bike with a specific combination of power delivery, engine braking, and cornering settings. The Sportster® S is available in Mineral Green Metallic, White Sand Pearl, and Vivid Black.
